About Me

PROFILE

I’m a happily married father who has worked in the film industry since the mid-1990s.

I grew up loving comics and movies in equal measure. I spent hours copying panels from artists like Jack Kirby, John Buscema, Michael Golden, and Joe Kubert, while also sneaking off to movie theaters alone to see films that left a permanent mark—Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Thing, Excalibur, Alien, The Terminator, Repo Man, and many others. That early mix of visual storytelling, strong composition, and cinematic language shaped how I think and draw to this day.

I’ve always loved drawing and storytelling and I bring that passion—and a deep respect for film grammar—to every commercial or series I work on. I’m fast, accurate, and always on time.

SKILLS

I understand pacing, composition, lensing, and storytelling and I'm fast with a pencil, pen and photoshop. I’m fully digital, working on a Surface Pro. I have a broad knowledge of production, editing, and graphic design.

Meetings are held online, where I share my screen as the director calls shots. Descriptions turn into thumbnails in real time for immediate approval. This process saves time and money by reducing revisions—everyone knows exactly what’s being delivered before the heavy lifting begins.

I provide both a service and a product. Some directors prefer collaboration, others want precise execution of their specific shots. I’m comfortable with either. My role is to give the production a clearly illustrated shot list and visual communication tools that keep the job moving smoothly.

Really, I'm not fuckin' around here. I want it to be the best it can be. (Are you still reading? Thanks!)

CLIENTS

I've created storyboards for use by series such as Fox TV's Second Chance, Fox TV's X-Men Gifted, USA's Queen Of The South, and commercial production companies and ad agencies like Union Crew, Charlie Uniform Tango, Cheil, SixTwentySix and Fancy Content creating spots for products like Ragu, Frost Bank, Lipton Tea, Chili's, Albertsons, Miller Lite, Dickies, Cooper Tires, Texas Instruments, Dr. Pepper, AT&T, and so many more that they tend to blur in my memory.  Really though, it's the directors and producers that I remember anyway.

I look forward to adding your project to the list.
